About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern our employment relationship with you or our commercial relationship with your agency. Those are set out in your contract of employment and in our supply agreement, and where there is any conflict, those documents take precedence over anything published here.
The information on this site
We publish this site to describe what we do and how we are paid for it. The information is general. It is not, and must not be relied on as, tax, financial or legal advice. WECGROUPS is an umbrella employment company: we are not a recruitment agency and we do not provide tax, financial or legal advice.
We do not publish our margin, deadlines or pay dates on this site, because they are agreed per engagement. The figures that apply to you are the ones in your Key Information Document, your contract of employment, or your agency's supply agreement.
Tax, National Insurance, pension and employment rules change. We update this site as we become aware of changes, but we do not warrant that every page is current at the moment you read it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any server or system connected to it
- Introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site's availability
- Systematically extract content from the site to build another database or service
